CYBRU TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the CYBRU mobile application ("CYBRU" or the "App"), operated by Ainabai Sdn Bhd ("Ainabai", "we", "our", or "us").

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. PURPOSE OF THE APP
CYBRU is a call-screening and call-management application designed to assist users in identifying, screening, and managing incoming telephone calls through features made available by the Android operating system.

2. ELIGIBILITY
You must be legally permitted to use the mobile device on which the App is installed and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. APP FUNCTIONALITY
The App may:
• Screen incoming calls using Android call-screening functionality.
• Assist users in managing unwanted calls.
• Block or reject calls where configured by the user or the App's functionality.
• Access device information necessary to perform call-screening and call-management functions.

4. USER PERMISSIONS
The App may request:
• READ_PHONE_STATE
• ANSWER_PHONE_CALLS
• READ_CONTACTS

5. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
You agree to use the App lawfully and not interfere with its operation.

6. NO GUARANTEE OF CALL IDENTIFICATION
CYBRU does not guarantee the identification or blocking of all unwanted calls.

7. SERVICE AVAILABILITY
The App may be modified, updated, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All rights remain the property of Ainabai Sdn Bhd.

9. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The App is provided "as is" and "as available".

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Ainabai Sdn Bhd shall not be liable for missed calls, incorrect classifications, service interruptions, or consequential losses.

11. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brunei Darussalam.

12. CHANGES TO TERMS
Ainabai Sdn Bhd may update these Terms at any time.
